Non-identifying information and personal details are collected in the website. When filling the form, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter the following details: name, gender, email address, postal address, pass (cover) number and date of birth.

Any personal details we collect from you will be used exclusively to process your ticket(s) for the summer party (i.e. only to email you your eTicket(s) providing entry to the party) and conduct market research on your Interrail experience in 2016. Non-identifying information may be used to for analysis, research or statistical purposes, to improve your Interrail experience.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to comply with the same privacy policy. We may also release your information when the release is appropriate to comply with the law. Moreover, if authorized by you, your email address might be transferred to our subsidiary Eurail.com for the sole purpose to contact you for research purposes.
