These General Terms and Conditions are aimed at regulating participation by qualified customers to the Interrail & Eurail Party Opening (Event), to be held by Eurail GIE (Eurail).
The Event takes place on the 8th August 2016 in Club A38 in Budapest (Company). Eurail reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Event at any time at its own discretion. No attendant shall be entitled to any direct or indirect compensation in relation to partial or total cancellation of the Event – whether for safety reasons or for any other reason at Eurail’s discretion – except for reimbursement of the ticket if he/she was not entitled to attend the Event for free.
The following persons (Attendants) are eligible to attend the Event:
- a) Customers attending for free:
- Eurail customers (Eurail Customers) who hold any Interrail or Eurail Pass for 2016
- Physical persons who received an invitation by Eurail to attend the Event;
- Representatives of entities (companies, public administrations and other legal persons) which have received an invitation to attend the Event.
- b) Other persons will pay an admission fee as specified below.
- All attendants must be minimum 18 years of age.
Eurail and the Company reserve the right, at their discretion, to refuse admission to any person or to ask any person to leave the Event. The person who has been refused admission or has been asked to leave the Event shall comply with the communication received and shall have no right to any direct r indirect compensation.
All attendants will receive a ticket (Ticket), which will be either free or have a price of 15 Euro, VAT included. Tickets are non-refundable and can be purchased on the websites www.interrailparty.com or www.eurailparty.com (these Tickets will be sent via email to the Attendant), or at entry until full capacity for the event is reached.
Applicable Law and Conditions: Limitation of Liability
The relationship with Attendants is subject to the applicable international treaties and conventions, any compulsory Hungarian law applicable to the location of the Event, and Dutch law as for any other matter. Eurail is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by Attendants and/or their belongings. In case of damages at the Event caused by an Attendant, the Attendant will be held responsible and liable for their actions.
All Attendants are required to present their ticket (printed PDF or on an electronic device) and their valid ID/Passport to authorized personnel at the club. Entry will be permitted only to those with a ticket registered on their name, matching their ID/Passport. This applies to all attendees – Interrail/Eurail Pass holders, their +1 friend and non-Pass holders. Any use of drugs or excessive use of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Eurail reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission or expel from the Event any person found using drugs or in a state of intoxication for any legal or illegal substances, and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages suffered by Attendants as a consequence of their behaviour.
